VANA Health Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Standards & Expectations
Committing to a Health Program with Vana Health is a serious commitment. Changing lifestyle habits requires dedication, consistency, and effort. Our role is to guide and support you through this process. Clients who commit 100% will notice and feel significant improvements in the first few weeks. However, some may experience a plateau as their body adjusts; this is completely normal, and we are here to help navigate through it.
Throughout your program, you will have access to various tools to support your progress, including:
- RecipeHUB — meal plans and recipes
- CheckinHUB — progress check-ins
- TrainingHUB — training program access
- WhatsApp — direct communication with Vana Health
Blood work analysis is mandatory for clients on the Blood Work Package (see Section 3). Your blood work results are reviewed and analysed by a Functional Health Doctor, an appropriately qualified medical professional sub-contracted by Vana Health to provide this service as part of the Blood Work Package. The Functional Health Doctor provides the clinical analysis and protocol recommendations, which Vana Health then incorporates into your coaching program.
While the clinical analysis is performed by our sub-contracted Functional Health Doctor rather than by Vana Health directly, Vana Health remains responsible to you for the overall delivery of the Blood Work Package. Any information provided to you is confidential and intended for your use only. Any damages resulting from sharing this information are your sole responsibility.
Disclaimer: This Blood Work consultation, conducted by a Functional Health Doctor sub-contracted by Vana Health, is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any dysfunction, disorder, or disease. It is for informational purposes only and should not replace consultation with your own trained medical professionals. Please consult your registered healthcare practitioner for diagnosis and treatment.
2. Waiver of Liability
I, the Client, hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Vana Health Pty Ltd and its associated parties from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, whether known or unknown, related to my participation in any activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of Vana Health Pty Ltd. This waiver does not apply to acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I understand that the activities I will participate in may involve risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or even death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, administrators, executors, and next of kin, I waive any claims related to these activities.
I acknowledge that I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the Vana Health program. If at any time I believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately contact my general practitioner and Vana Health.
By signing this waiver, I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, death, or loss of property related to my participation. This Waiver and Release remains in effect even after program completion.
